Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Permits and property lines
You are responsible for confirming property ownership of trees and for obtaining neighbor consent for boundary trees. We will advise on and can prepare permit applications, but work will not begin on regulated trees until required permits are issued.
Underground utilities and hidden hazards
We request Oregon 811 utility locates before stump grinding. Private lines such as irrigation, lighting and invisible pet fences are not located by 811, so please mark them. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines.
Emergency and storm work
Emergency dispatch fees and after-hours rates are disclosed before work begins. During declared storm events we prioritize calls by life-safety risk. Arrival time estimates are averages and not guarantees.

Timberline Tree Experts is licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, Oregon CCB #000000 (demo). This is a demo website and the license number shown is a placeholder.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of OR.
