How we handle land clearing
Land clearing is more than knocking everything flat. We walk the lot with you, flag significant trees and setback areas, then remove brush, invasive Himalayan blackberry, English ivy and unwanted trees. A forestry mulcher turns brush into a mulch layer that holds soil on slopes.
For building lots, we coordinate with your builder on grading limits and tree protection fencing required by the city. For rural parcels, we can create defensible space around homes to reduce wildfire risk.
